GPIS Reports utilized by Accountants to Help Other Departments
Reports

Clicking on the Reports icon in the GPIS Toolbar will open the Master Reports screen. The user can sort the data by numeric or alpha order and also choose to either view the data on screen or to print. The following reports are available:
Contract Briefs: This option will print a one page per contract report on all of the contracts in the system.
Facilities Master Report: A list of all the facilities setup in the system.
Gathering Systems Master Report: A list of all the gathering systems setup in the system.
Meter Allocations: This report gives a detailed breakdown of each meter, its associated properties and property allocation percentages, and their associated contracts and contract allocation percentages in an outline format.
Meters by Contract: This report will list the meters associated with each contract in the system.
Producer Names and Addresses: This report is an address book for all of the producers, including multiple addresses by address type.
Property Names Master Report: This is a list of all the properties in the system.
System Errors Report: This report is beneficial to the development team, as it lists all of the problems that have occurred in the system.

Gathering

All of the gathering systems either added or imported into GPIS are presented in a selection grid that can be searched to locate a gathering system.
Explanation of Functionality:
Search: Sort specific system information and search to locate gathering systems
Add: Add a new gathering system.
Edit/Inquire: Edit or review the gathering system information for the system selected in the grid.
Delete: Delete the selected gathering system.

Producers

All of the producers either added or imported into GPIS are presented in a selection grid that can be searched to locate a producer.  
Functionality:
Search: Search by alpha or numeric search criteria to return specific producers.
Add: Add a new producer
Edit/Inquire: Edit or review the selected producer information.
Delete: Delete the selected producer.

Contracts

All of the contracts either added or imported into GPIS system are presented in a selection grid that can be searched to locate a contract.
Functionality:
Search: Search by alpha or numeric search criteria to return specific contracts.
Add: Add a new contract.
Edit/Inquire: Edit or review the contract terms for the selected contract.
Delete: Delete the selected contract.
